The name "Cara" comes from an eggshell, and the shape is based on the actual egg's shape, making it comfortable to hold. Made from Hokkaido-grown Japanese linden. Wood has a low thermal conductivity, so warm food transfers heat slowly. It's lightweight, easy to hold, and shatter-resistant. It can also be paired with the Cara saucer, sold separately.
